Hello RCCLA, please come and join us for the Big Tujunga Classic & Social. A ride that will take us to through the most iconic scenery of the San Gabriel mountains, and with a route that will keep us out of the city until our final descent down Angeles Crest. The ride will start at my home, where I will provide pre-ride snacks and coffee, before we depart. After the ride, we invite you to stay and enjoy a catered lunch and refreshing spirits. We will be in the heart of Grand Tour season, so this will be an opportunity to recall the adventure of the day, spend some time off the bike chatting up Tour predictions, as we play the Dauphine stage of the Alpe D’ Huez this year. To celebrate our RCC motto; “Ex Duris Gloria” I will be offering a bottle of wine to the Big Tujunga Resevoir KOM & QOM of the day, 2nd & 3rd runner ups will receive a prime as well. All in good fun, but should incite some extra motivations on our journey deeper into the mountains.
As our club grows we have the opportunity ride with new friends, celebrate the sport, and support the mission of our club to make road cycling the world’s most popular sport.
